Innovation is a very confusing buzzword that people overuse. Everybody knows innovation is necessary but very few actually know HOW to put it in practice. If you ask people what their definition of innovation is in language learning or education in general, they will very often refer to technology – ipads, interactive boards, the internet, digital platforms, online communities, etc.
